Each participant in the Affiliate Program offered by MDR Skincare (the “Program Operator”) at https://mdrskincare.com/affiliate/ (the “Website”) expressly agrees to the terms of this Affiliate Agreement.

NOTICE: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. UNLESS YOU EXPRESSLY ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.

Affiliates

Each affiliate is an independent contractor of the Program Operator and not an employee. Nothing herein is intended to create an employer/employee relationship.

The MDR Skincare team reserves the right to approve, deny, or suspend any applicant or affiliate program member without prior notice.

Commissions

Each time someone orders through your Affiliate link, a 20% referral commission is credited to your Affiliate ID. Commissions may be subject to changes, and the MDR Skincare team reserves the right to make variations without prior notice or notification.

Commissions are only credited when someone completes an order and receives the purchased product.

Payments will be made through bank transfer and may take up to 7 business days to reflect after the withdrawal request.

To request a withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions:

1- You may request your withdrawal 15 days after each order is confirmed, for security reasons.

2- You must have reached a minimum accumulated balance of USD 100.00 in your affiliate account.

3- You must have completed your banking information in the affiliate panel.

*If the affiliate has not reached the minimum withdrawal amount within a 45-day period and wishes to withdraw from the affiliate program, they may submit a request to the MDR Skincare team. The team will analyze their specific case and determine the terms for commission payment. Any commissions, for payment purposes, will be the responsibility of the affiliate.

Income Tax Obligation.

Each affiliate acts as an independent contractor and is responsible for all income taxes of the United States, the state or foreign states, and any other tax obligation related to the sales of products or services in their state or location. If you are NOT a resident of the United States, the Program Operator will withhold the applicable U.S. income tax for foreigners before you receive any commission. The Program Operator acts in accordance with the laws of the United States Public Finance (also known as the United States Tax Code) and other applicable laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate, and not the Program Operator’s responsibility, to do everything necessary to recover these sums under the Tax Code and other applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that if you incur violations of the law, marketing malpractices, spam, abusive behavior, fraud, or any other action that may affect the brand’s image, you will be immediately removed from the affiliate program.
